Not sure what part of cozumel but the cheapest, that woud be great.

My boyfriend and i are staying at an all-inclusive resort in cozumel for 4nights and 5days. wed love to try and do everything, manly scuba diving. i want to plan an itinerary before we go.. any ideas?
